The blink of an eye -

Change.

Upshifting from first to fourth-

'Forgot the clutch.

Yet here and gaining speed.

Who would've thoughts?

I went with reservations,

The first night was awful.

A disco?

My identity - gotta hold on to it!

Don't give in - just be polite.

It'll be better tomorrow.

Tomorrow, today, yesterday -

Change.

Reservations about "the game."

What am I doing to myself?

And leaving conference grounds

to Drink?

Ah, but it changed.

We were talking with each other.

"The game" got left behind.

Share the dance,

Share the moment.

Sharing, no longer alone -

Change.

Two lives merging slowly,

But chomping at the bit.

Wanting more and waiting ...

To get there Together.

The reservations?

'Not gone, just changed.

Flights of fancy that

Changed everything.
